Hayden originally started his career in grading, heavy equipment and machinery work when owner-contracting his own home in the steep slopes of North Carolina. Since then he has acquired his Septic License to become a full service septic installer. He is a true native to the area, and very familiar with the topography. Outside of playing in the dirt, Hayden is also an avid fisherman and outdoorsman, and a father to two little girls.
