Hayden began his career in grading and heavy equipment operation while owner-contracting his own home on the steep slopes of North Carolina. That hands-on experience sparked a passion for working with the land, leading him to earn his septic license and become a full-service septic installer. A true native of the area, Hayden brings a deep understanding of the local topography and terrain to every project. Known for his work ethic, precision, and down-to-earth approach, he takes pride in helping others build on solid ground.
